We are very much about giving back to our community
and friends in need, especially the children. We have proudly supported Shriner’s Children’s Hospital, Back the Blue, supplied
Christmas gifts and dinner for several First Responder families that fell on
tough times, and participated in nearly all events and fundraisers that other
clubs have hosted. We are also working
on a new endeavor to bring gifts to children in local hospitals which will be
our focus for Christmas 2016.
Some of the many Jeep events that we attend also
sponsor and support those in need such as, Jeepin with Judd, which supports the
sheriff’s children’s programs here in Polk County. Jeepin with Judd will
celebrate its 3rd year in February and we invite all Jeepers to come join this
awesome event. It’s also a great venue for spectators as well, who may not own
a Jeep YET, but want to experience the fun. As a group we attend Jeeptoberfest
which raises money for charities like Food4Kids, Ronald McDonald House and
Hospice, Jeep Beach which in 2016 donated over $275,000 to 16 charities and
many of us attend the Sheriff’s JeepFest in Georgia which raises money for
local charities as well, and has grown into a huge Jeep event drawing Jeepers
from all across the US.
Our club has worked tirelessly to build and maintain
trails at “The Jeep Ranch” at Wildwood. The Jeep Ranch has frequent events with
several trails available for both stock and modified Jeeps, hill climbs, mud
pits and rock obstacles all set on a working cattle ranch. When you come out for
an event, you’re sure to find several of us working the front gate as well as
the obstacles and doing Jeep recovery, just watch out for the cow pies! “Like” The Jeep Ranch on Facebook to keep up
with their scheduled events.
Revolution Offroad (ROR) welcomes all Jeepers and
those who are just curious about Jeeping to our Friday evening Meet N Greet which
is held at different restaurants around Polk County. We invite you to visit our
FaceBook page to find the location of our next Meet N Great and join the fun.
We love all Jeeps and Jeepers whether you are a serious off-roader or just
drive it to the mall. We never get tired of all things Jeep!
